Give yourself or a loved one a priceless moment in time with the horse. I am gratefully making use of the natural qualities of the horse during the sessions. It will help you or your loved one to flourish!

Sessions can take place in either Dutch, English or French.

We offer two different kind of individual sessions.

LIFE COACHING

Pura Vida believes that you know the answers to every question or challenge you may have in your life, even if those answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden inside. During the individual sessions the horse's unique qualities will help you to listen to what is going on deep inside of you. It will enable you to become aware, to open up and find the answers to your questions, so you can take positive steps towards your future.

These sessions last in general for about 1 - 2 hours, but sometimes can even be done after 5 - 10 minutes. The horse is guiding us. Often the shorter the session, the more revealing and the deeper the impact.

Together we can decide which location is most suitable. During the session we keep both feet on the ground. If you have no previous experience with horses or have a fear of horses, don't worry; I will make sure you are carefully guided through the sessions.

Although one session could be possible, experience teaches us that a minimum of five sessions are needed to make a real impact. So I ask you to invest in yourself a bit more and really make a diffetrence. The minimum period between two sessions is two weeks. Together we will check what rhythm suits your evolution best.

I invite you for a personal meeting beside the horse to get to know each other personally, feel if there is the click needed for your progress and vreat together with the right traject. Of course this first meeting is free.

BUDDY SESSIONS

These sessions are for the ones, you or a loved one, who like to experience some quality time with he horse. The horse doesn't judge, this helps you to feel welcome. A calm and natural environment comes with it naturally. The sessions are a mix of guiding, hugging, brushing and playing with the horse. We will teach about the behaviour and characterists of the horse. We combine it with with some coaching tools. If wanted we can include some riding as well. Along the session the horse will become more and more your buddy. This will enable you / your child to balance the emotions, calm down the senses, open up, gain confidence and last, but not least sparkle!

A session lasts for 1 hour and is always one on one, just you or your child together with the coach with the horse of course. Buddy sessions take place at Domaine des Cattys in Braine-le-Château, with their reliable and cute ponies and horses. At another location, sessions of 1,5 or 2 hours and several kids at the same time, might be an option as well, after mutual consultation.

The price for a buddy session is € 50,-.
